Qigong

Qigong , also spelled Chi Kung or Qi Gong, is an ancient Chinese health system for the cultivation of energy (chi), our life force. There are many variations on the “how to” for this holistic system, but all qigong practices involve the flow of breath with the movement of body, the stillness of meditative mind and the nourishment of a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Dis-ease, pain and other obstacles caused by stress can be dissolved with regular qigong practices.. The results are a vibrant body and mind that flows with ease, flexibility, strength, happiness and self love. Since 2002, Lois has studied and practiced the Universal Healing Tao System that was developed by Mantak Chia.
