Awaken to your D.R.E.A.M.S. was born out of my personal struggle with stress, poor diet and illness, including cancer and Lyme. After trying many of the pre-existing programs out there, I found that most focused on one aspect of health, not the comprehensive picture. There are many pieces that need to be woven together to create overall wellness in our lives. There was no “quick fix” for gaining back my health. It has been an amazing journey of taking small steps in new directions with a fresh perspective. This program is a synthesis of my years of world wide education in the healing arts and my spiritual journey of awakening.

Awaken to Your D.R.E.A.M.S. is a roadmap for developing and executing a comprehensive personalized plan towards achieving dreams of health and vitality. It provides direction and information to gain necessary self awareness for change to happen. Through experiential exercises and discussion, key concepts of stress, health and vitality will be understood. You will gain awareness and acceptance of your heart wisdom, beliefs and attachments so your goals and action plans can be defined and realized.

The Stepping Stones to Awaken

D.R.E.A.M.S. is an acronym that represents the stepping stones necessary for the journey to building the foundation for living a well balanced and satisfying life. 

The first two stepping stones aid the body in breaking old patterns and create space for new ones to emerge:

Be aware of your reality. Explore the topics of prioritizing your needs and goals, time management, and living in the present moment.

Rest and Relaxation…

Learn how to acquire the stillness necessary for new thought patterns to be born. Acquire techniques to achieve a good night’s sleep. Experience breathing techniques, meditation, journaling, aromatherapy and more.

Exercise the Body and Mind…

Stretching, aerobic exercise, qigong, breath work and dance are some of the daily exercises we will explore to see which is the best fit for you. Experience the how-to of daily exercising both sides of the brain.

Appetite for Healthy Food…

Information and techniques will be provided to develop a roadmap for making ongoing changes to healing food choices and the “way” of eating based on your lifestyle.

Massage and Self Care…

Self massage and a simple health care routine will be taught to help the body, mind and spirit find balance and good health. Value of different bodywork modalities will be discussed.

Sound and Spirituality…

Everything alive vibrates. Learn to use sound to retune your body to a higher and healthier vibration. Spirituality is not a discussion of religion. It is learning the love of self and the connection to all of life. Learn how to find time each day to look inside oneself and smile!
